Description
Alloy SV-08Х25Н40М7 used: for the production of welding wire designed for mechanized welding of dissimilar steels (high-alloy heat-resistant steels with medium to low alloy heat resistant steel) and hardened steels without subsequent heat treatment and without pre-heating in the manufacture and repair of structures operating at temperatures of 450−550 °C, high humidity and aggressive environmental influences; the manufacture of electrodes ANZHR-2.
Note
High-alloyed high-temperature Nickel-based alloy.

The value |
Weldability |
The welding wire provides a stable arc, excellent formation of root, fill and cap weld layers, does not require preheating and subsequent heat treatment of the weld. |
Microstructure |
The content of ferritic phase in the wire is governed only by agreement of the parties. |
Features of production |
Wire on the other 14-1-4968-91 diameter up to 2.0 mm inclusively, supplied in cold-worked condition with a compression no more than 50% and over 2.0 mm supplied in heat treated condition. |
