Description
Alloy 95НИ used: for the production of hot-rolled and forged bars (ø 21±0.5 mm), intended for the manufacture of cores of oxide cathodes vacuum materials magnetron type.
Note
Precision alloy with tantalum with low strength, but high ductility and workability during rolling, including in cold rolling.

Ni is the basis.
According to TU 14-1-5090-91, the chemical composition is presented for the 95Ni-IL alloy with tantalum (HP4-IL), melted by a duplex process: vacuum-induction melting followed by electron-beam remelting. The mass fraction of gases should be no more than: oxygen - 0.015%, hydrogen - 0.0015%, nitrogen - 0.0010%. The content of gases is determined for a set of statistical data and is not a rejection sign.
