5.9 Labeling and packaging
5.9.1 On the neck of each rail in a hot condition during rolling of the rail is applied to the convex marking containing:
— the symbol of the manufacturer;
— rail type;
— the last two digits of the year of manufacture of rails;
— designation of the direction of rolling of the arrow (the arrow points to the front during the rolling of the rail end).
5.9.2 On the neck of each rail on the same side of the printed convex marks, hot stamping is applied a melting number.
(Amendment. ICS N 11−2016).
5.9.3 At the end of each rail in a cold condition a marking is applied:
— number of melt — soles;
— the acceptance stamp, confirming the acceptance of products by the technical control service of the manufacturer, on the head.
5.9.4 Rails are additionally marked with an indelible white paint stroke by acceptance of the stigma of the contour of the end face of the rail head.
5.9.5 On-demand consumers of crane rails are Packed in bundles with connection according to GOST 7565.
6 acceptance Rules
6.1 General rules for the acceptance of rails — according to GOST 7566.
6.2 the parties accept the Rails. A party is considered one of melting rails, of the same type and accompanied by a quality document certifying the compliance of rails the requirements of this standard and containing:
is the name or symbol of the manufacturer;
— rail type;
— grade of steel;
— number of rails with their length and weight;
— date of issuance of the document of quality;
— the number of the wagon or other vehicle;
— the name and address of the buyer;
— order number (contract).
The document about quality should be signed by the technical control service of the manufacturer.
The acceptance of rails conducted by the office of technical control of the manufacturer. Acceptance is performed according to the results of the acceptance inspection including acceptance tests and continuous monitoring.
6.3 Control of dimensions and surface quality is carried out on each rail.
6.4 acceptance testing of rails is carried out for each heat. The quality control of rails taken:
one Causeway a sample for analysis of the chemical composition of the steel;
— one sample from one rail or trim — to determine of mechanical properties of rails by tensile test and hardness on the running surface of the head.
In the control placenow taken one sample from one rail of each of the fifth heat.
Mechanical properties and hardness of the rails is provided by the steel chemical composition and manufacturing technology of rails and at a total mass fraction of carbon and one-fourth of the mass fraction of manganese (C+¼ Mn) of at least 0.72 percent are not subject to control. Determination of mechanical properties and hardness of the rails in this case is carried out at the request of the consumer.
If unsatisfactory test results of rails at least one indicator thereon, a second test of the doubled sample. The results of repeated tests are final.
6.5 determination of the chemical composition of the steel consumer, if necessary, conducts analysis of samples taken from the finished rails with the requirements of 5.3.
7 test Methods
7.1 Sampling for determining the chemical composition of the steel is carried out according to GOST 7565. Determination of the chemical composition of the steel is carried out according to GOST 18895, GOST 22536.0 to GOST 22536.5, 22536.7 GOST-GOST 22536.9.
Allowed determination of the chemical composition of steel by other methods, certified according to GOST R 8.563.
7.2 Size and shape of the cross section of rail is controlled at a distance of 100−200 mm from the end. The diameter of the bolt holes, sizes, determining their location, and the cosine of the ends of the rails is controlled by means of admittance control — templates. The templates should be calibrated in the prescribed manner and conform to precision rolling of rails of a certain type.
7.3 the Length of the rails measure metal measuring tape according to GOST 7502 or other means to ensure the required measurement accuracy.
7.4 General the curvature of the rails evaluated visually in the «standing on the sole».
If necessary, the total curvature of the rails is calculated by the amount of deflection of which is measured by the maximum gap between the rail surface and the steel string stretched between its ends.
7.5 Determination of deviations from straightness of the rails is carried out by the largest gap between the rail surface and the reference line (chord or tangent).
7.6 the twist of the rails is determined at the end of the rail in the position «standing on the soles» the magnitude of the maximum clearance measured with a feeler gauge, between the surface control rack and the base of the foot rail.
7.7 surface Quality of rails checked visually.
7.8 the Bundle at the ends of the rails controlled trial logging of chips, a split which is considered a sign of stratification.
7.9 Determination of mechanical properties of rails when a tensile test is carried out according to GOST 1497 on cylindrical samples of initial diameter 6 mm and the initial estimated length of 30 mm Sample is cut from the top of the head in the area of the fillet as close as possible to the surface.
7.10 Hardness on the running surface of the rails is determined according to GOST 9012.
7.11 Control of rails on the flocs is carried out according to the method of the manufacturer.
8 Transportation and storage
8.1 Transportation and storage rails — according to GOST 7566.
Rails transporterowych rail, river and sea transport according to transport regulations in force at the relevant mode of transport.
8.2 Loading and securing of rails is carried out in accordance with [1].
