Description
Х18Н15 steel is used: for the production of powder used in the production of goods and permeable porous laminated and sintered tape; a porous sheets intended for the manufacture of fine filter filtration from mechanical admixtures of liquid and gaseous substances: fuel T-1, T-2, TS-1, T-6; hydrozincite AMG-10, 7−500−3, the mga-10A, the mga-AY, the mga-APM, the mga-4; oil-type RM, LZM 36/1; gases — air, nitrogen, oxygen, freon, helium, hydrogen and other gases and fluids, as well as for the manufacture of plamegasiteli, porous coolers.

Powder steel Х18Н15 made by the joint recovery of a mixture of metal oxides and metal powders with calcium hydride.

Features of production |
Permeable corrosion-resistant porous filter sheets are made by rolling of high-alloyed stainless steel powder, followed by sintering in hydrogen atmosphere. Each brand of a porous material made of powder, particle sizes (mm) should be within the following limits: 0,02-0,06 - Х18Н15-MP3 (FTS-2-3); 0,06-0,10 - Х18Н15-МП12 (FNS-10). Bulk density of the powder should be in the range 2,35 - 2,45 g/cm3. |
