Description
Alloy DM1−4 is used: for the production of cast pipe billet cathodes, cast the method of casting in a vacuum induction furnace and is designed for applying heat-resistant coatings by the method of ITTA installations of map-1.
Note
Alloy on the basis of aluminide Nickel.

Ni is the basis.
According to TU 1-92-113-87, deviations are allowed: for chrome ± 0.30%, for aluminum +0.20%, for cobalt ± 0.50%. The yttrium content is not calculated and chemical analysis is determined. The residual content of iron, silicon, copper is controlled from one casting of the cathode from each melting of the charge billet. The total amount of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen is not controlled and is provided by the charge billet according to TU 1-92-93-84.

Macrostructure and contamination | On the other 1-92-113-87 Cracks in the casting are not allowed. On the surface of castings casting defects are allowed that fit into the allowance for machining. On the inner surface of the part is allowed no more than 2 veining with an area of 200 cm2, a depth of 3 mm., as well as any defects with the depth more than 4 mm. and a diameter not exceeding 10 mm. In rentgenocontrast allowed isolated pores, sinks and other defects measuring less than 5 mm. in an amount of not more than 3 pieces on the square of 25 cm2, with a distance between the defects is at least 20 mm. and not more than 15 of such defects in the same casting. In addition to the allowable small defects (diameter up to 2 mm.) group location distance between the individual groups of at least 20 mm. Under the group location of defects means the presence of from 3 to 5 defects with a diameter up to 2.0 mm. Number of such groups is not more than 25. At the top of the cathode at a distance from the end to 35 mm. allowed residual porosity (rihlat). |
