Description
ML11 alloy used: for the manufacture of castings parts that require high containment and experiencing high loads with maximum working temperature of +250 °C — long, +300 °C short — term.
Note
High-temperature alloy system MD-REE-Zr. For alloying of the alloy of the rare earth metals cerium mischmetal used (75% Se and 25% other REE cerium group). The alloy contains also supplements of zinc and zirconium.
ML11 alloy doped by zeraphim a Misch metal, has lower mechanical properties at room temperature. Its technological and casting properties are close alloys with neodymium, the castings have high integrity.
