Description
Alloy MA19 is used: for the manufacture of semi-finished products (sheets, plates, bars, rods, profiles, strips, tubes, wire, stampings and forgings) by hot deformation, as well as ingots and slabs intended for the production of parts of welded structures requiring high tensile strength and maximum working temperature up to +150 °C — long, up to +200 °C — short-term.

Mg is the basis.
According to GOST 14957-76 the mass fraction of other impurities is ≤ 0.30%. "Other impurities" include impurities whose permissible content limits are not indicated (≤), as well as impurities not included in the table, the content of which is not determined. Beryllium is not determined, but is introduced by calculation.
