Description

Alloy KHN65MV used: for the manufacture of welded structures operating at elevated temperatures in sulphuric and hydrochloric acid environments, with an oxidizing character, in concentrated acetic acid and other highly corrosive environments; parts of chemical equipment; welded parts and assemblies working in radioactive environments, connections of details from alloy grade 46ХНМ (ЭП630) with details of korrozionnostojkih steel type 12X18H10T, 10X17H13M2T; as a cladding layer in the manufacture of hot-rolled dual-layer corrosion-resistant sheets; pipes tsentrobezhnolityh for the manufacture of the coils of the tubular furnace installations production of ammonia, hydrogen, ethylene, carbon disulphide, etc., working in the temperature range 760−1060 °C and a pressure of 3.92 MPa (40 kgf/cm2).

Note

Alloy corrosion resistant heat resistant Nickel-based.
Alloy brand KHN65MV according to GOST 5632 with 01.01.1991 not allowed to use in the newly created and upgraded technology.
