Description
Bronze Bra9zh3l used: for the manufacture of anti-friction casting parts; valve parts; casting parts mining and metallurgical machinery; casting parts, metallurgical engineering (simple shaped castings, valves (except steam), gears, gear wheels, boxes and plates, valves, bearings, bushings, pump bodies, pressure rings, rods, nuts, seals and other bearing parts used at pressures up to 200 kgf/cm2, paired with steel cemented worm); casting parts for shipbuilding, ship engineering and instrumentation.
Note
Aluminum bronze. Recommended as a substitute for tin bronzes. Anti-corrosion, heat-resistant (up to 265 °C) bronze, resistant to atmosphere, fresh and sea water.
The coefficient of friction of bronze of 0.18 without lubrication with grease of 0.004. The maximum allowable speed — 10 m/s Maximum load rating: static — 300 kgf/cm2, the dynamic — 600 kgf/cm2 s.
