Description
Bronze Bra10zh3mc2 used: for the manufacture of ingots from scrap and waste of nonferrous metals and alloys used as charge material for the manufacture of aluminum casting of bronze Bra10zh3mc2 according to GOST 493−79; ingots for producing forgings; anti-friction casting parts; parts of valves and actuators to it; casting parts mining and metallurgical machinery; casting parts, metallurgical engineering (parts requiring, in addition to anti-friction properties, increased hardness and strength (nuts, bushings, inserts)); parts subjected to welding; pipe fittings and systems for various environments with temperatures up to +265 °C; bushings, bearings, plates and saddles of valves, rods, nuts, cap grindbox, cylindrical and conical gear wheels, worm wheels, nuts, lead screw).
Note
Aluminum bronze Cu-Al-Fe. The coefficient of friction of bronze without lubrication 0,21−0,25; with grease — 0,004−0,012. The maximum permissible speed is 5 m/s.

Cu is the basis.
According to GOST 493-79 and STP M314-95 the total content of impurities is ≤ 1,0%. Impurities, which are not regulated, are included in the total amount of impurities.
According to OST 24.916.01-71 the total content of impurities should be ≤ 0.75%. The zinc content is allowed up to 1.00% in those cases when bronze is not used as an antifriction material, the total amount of impurities in this case being ≤ 1.25%. The lead content is allowed up to 0.30% when used for shaped casting, with the total amount of impurities being allowed to be ≤ 1.00%.
According to GOST 17328-78, the total content of impurities is ≤ 1.70%. At the consumer's request, the mass fraction of silicon should be ≤ 0.10%, phosphorus ≤ 0.010%, zinc ≤ 0.50%, and total impurities ≤ 1.0%. The mass fraction of nickel is allowed at the expense of copper and is not included in the total amount of impurities. Impurities not regulated by the standard are included in the total amount of impurities.
According to GOST 614-97, the chemical composition is given for bronze БрА10Ж3Мц2, made in the form of pigs from scrap and wastes of non-ferrous metals and alloys. The total mass fraction of impurities is ≤ 1.70%. Nickel can be included in the mass fraction of copper - in this case nickel in the sum of impurities is not taken into account. The content of arsenic, antimony, silicon and phosphorus is determined at the request of the customer.
