7. REISSUE
1. This standard applies to forgings for General purpose weighing up to 130 t carbon and alloy steel (total content of alloying elements up to 10%, except for carbon), fabricated by press forging, and sets the size of the machining allowances, tolerances on the nominal dimensions of the forgings, the magnitude of overlaps for forgings.
The standard does not apply to forgings of high-alloy steels and alloys with special physical properties: from ingots cast under vacuum, made of metal, var and ESR; of tool steels with a carbon content of more than 0.55% alloying elements or more than 5%, and also steel intended for the manufacture of rolls for cold rolling.
Terms and definitions used in the standard given in the Appendix.
The standard requirements are mandatory.
2. Allowances on samples for mechanical tests of forged parts, grippers for hanging forgings during heat treatment, and other special allowances in this standard are not provided.
3. Allowances under this standard, designate the nominal dimensions shown on the detail drawing, or in the case that the forging before heat treatment is subjected to the roughing, in the nominal dimensions shown on the drawing, the technological pre-treated (stripped) of the workpiece. If the forging is subjected to heat treatment without prior mechanical treatment (in black), the allowances assigned under this standard, allowed the appointment of additional allowances necessary to perform heat treatment.
4. The scheme of allowances and tolerances on the outside size details given on features.1.
Damn.1. The scheme of allowances and tolerances on the outside size details
— rough blank size or the nominal size of the part; — the minimum size of forgings ; — the nominal (estimated) size forgings; ;
— the largest size of the forgings;
;
the minimum allowance for size :
;
— nominal allowance for size :
— tolerance: ;
— maximum deviation from the nominal size of forgings:
Damn.1
5. The value of allowances that are defined in the tables of this standard are nominal part size is based on surface treatment of forgings on both sides. Limit deviations specified for the nominal dimensions of the forgings.
When machining the workpiece on one side of the seam allowance should be half the magnitude specified for the table, and the upper and lower limit deviations thus remain unchanged.
6. Machined surfaces of forgings deviation to the relevant dimensions is determined by the tables of this standard and the allowances are equal to zero.
7. The volume and weight of the forgings is determined by calculation based on the nominal dimensions taking into account the overlaps on the bevels, sides, areas and other elements of forging.
Forging is considered to be made on the first group exactly if its dimensions provide suitable details, and forging weight, determined by calculation on the actual size, 2−4% less than the mass specified by nominal dimensions.
8. Allowed the estimated nominal size of forgings rounding to numbers ending in 5 or 0. Nominal dimensions are rounded down if they end in 1, 2, 6 and 7 and in a big way, if they end in 3, 4, 8, and 9.
9. The choice of values for the tolerances, clearances and overlaps is performed, depending on the type of forgings and the ratio of sizes according to the table.1.

Allowances and limit deviations for shafts with ledges and recesses is determined in the following way:
12.1. According to table.2 and 3 choose basic allowances and limit deviations of ±/2 in diameter, based on the full shaft length and diameter of the considered section.
12.2. Allowances and limit deviations for the total length and dimensions from a single base to the ridges and ledges is selected in accordance with the devil.6. Choose a base end of the projection of the greatest cross-section is not a end of the forging. Allowed the dimensioning of forging differs from that indicated on the devil.6.
12.3. Additional allowance choose at the table.4 the diameters of all sections, except the main one, depending on the difference of the diameters of the main and consider the section of the part.

12.4. The main cross section determined as follows: for shafts with a single ledge (see table.1, sketch 7), the main cross-section consider the cross-section, the product of which has a maximum value;
for shafts with two ledges (see table.1, sketches 3, 4, 6), I think the main section having a maximum diameter provided . Otherwise, I think the main section, having an average diameter ;
for shafts with a notch (see tab.1, sketch 5) I think the main section having a maximum diameter provided . Otherwise, I think the main section having the minimum diameter is the diameter of the recess.
For shafts with more than two ledges or a combination of ledges and recesses (see the devil.6), I think the main section having a maximum diameter.
Allowed as the main section to choose a different section if it reduces the mass of the forging.
12.5. If you increase the allowances on diameters of ledges and overhangs under subparagraph 12.3 deviation are not changed.
Allowed lower limit deviation increase in the amount of additional allowance.
12.6. For forgings with a rectangular section instead of a diameter to accept the dimensions of the side section.
12.7. The possibility of formation of ledges and recesses in forgings define according to claim 13, and clamps and flanges — according to claim 14.
12.8. Deviations in the length of the seizure do not choose. The actual size of the recess provide most of the usable parts.

The item has more than two benches, therefore, for the main taking section having the largest diameter (=700 mm).
Basic allowances and tolerances on the diameter is determined according to table.2, additional — on the table.4.
Diameter 700 mm core allowance and tolerance (30±11) mm, additional allowance is not selected.
Diameter 420 mm basic allowance and tolerance (26±10) mm, additional allowance of 10 mm.
Diameter 600 mm core allowance and tolerance (29±11) mm, additional allowance of 4 mm.
Diameter 450 mm basic allowance and tolerance (26±10) mm, additional allowance 9 mm.
Diameter 350 mm core allowance and tolerance (24±9) mm, an additional allowance of 13 mm.
Allowances and tolerances in length of the forging is determined in accordance with the devil.6.
Allowance plus 67.5 mm, tolerance ±16.5 mm — length 600 mm.
Allowance minus 44.25 mm, the tolerance is not assigned on a length of 1000 mm.
Allowance minus 0.75 mm, tolerance ±16.5 mm — length 1400 mm.
Allowance minus 3 mm tolerance ±16.5 mm — length 2100 mm.
Allowance plus 81 mm, tolerance ±30 mm — length 3300 mm.

Damn.10. The minimum dimensions of the heights and lengths of the ledges and recesses of forgings in accordance with the standard drawings of forgings 9 and 10
Damn.10
Notes:
1. Intermediate ledges , etc. (see shit.9) are subject, if their length is equal to or greater than 0.5 of the values in the table.6.
2. If the ledge is available on the details (see the devil.9), the forging is not performed, to determine the value of the neighboring ledge is the total height of the ledges . If the ledge (see the devil.9) on the forging is not performed, to determine the value of the neighboring ledge is only the height of the ledge , etc.
3. At the height of the bench , , , or recess , less than 40 mm the minimum allowable length, determined by the table.6, increase by 25%.
4. In determining the feasibility of a cut on the table.6 takes its smallest diameter or adjacent to the notch.
5. The recesses are executed in the case that the length of the tick before projimo recesses is equal to or greater than the width of the dies (suspended nodelock) press, which is forging. Allowed the appointment of additional inlet to the diameter of the recess with the purpose of bringing it up to feasible.
The height of the ledge is 253 mm. At the table.5 the minimum height of the ledge should be at least 30 mm, so the ledge is not performed (see the devil.11).
The length of the recess is 253 mm. At the table.6 the minimum length of recess should be 610 mm, and therefore the notch (see the devil.11) does not correspond to the present standard.
The rest of the ledges and recesses are no overlaps, since their height and length greater than the minimum stipulated in the table.5 and 6.
