6. EDITION with Change No. 1, approved in June 1987 (IUS 11−87)
1. This standard establishes General requirements for methods of analysis of magnesium alloys according to GOST 2581, 2856 GOST, GOST 14957 and normative-technical documentation.
2. General requirements for methods of analysis GOST 25086 with additions.
2.1. Sampling and sample preparation of magnesium alloys in ingots according to GOST 2581.
2.2. Allowed the use of other equipment, materials, glassware and reagents with similar metrological characteristics, not below specified in the relevant standard methods of analysis.
2.3. Mass fraction of main components and impurities is determined from the two parallel batches.
The permissible discrepancy between the results of parallel measurements adjusted based on the conditions: , where — the permissible discrepancy between the results of two parallel definitions %;
— the permissible discrepancy between the results of three parallel definitions %.
2.4. Mass fraction of main components and impurities, while differences in the quality evaluation of magnesium alloys is determined in parallel in three batches.
Permissible discrepancies in the results of three parallel measurements is calculated with a confidence level of 0.95.
2.5. The reproducibility of analyses of the same samples (and ), made at different times, in different laboratories, should satisfy the condition:
for three parallel measurements;
for two parallel definitions.
2.6. Accuracy control measurement is carried out once a month, and when replacing the reagents, equipment and materials.
2.7. The numerical value of the result of the analysis should be terminated with a figure the same category as the value of the permissible discrepancies in the results of parallel measurements specified in the relevant standard methods of analysis. Rounding results are to the number of significant digits of the normalized indicator of the grade composition.
