Lysva Metallurgical Plant: planned construction of a new plant

Lysvensky Metallurgical Plant continues to grow: in the development of management plans and the construction of a new plant-based production of cold-rolling. Completion of the project according to preliminary calculations take place closer to 4mu quarter of 2016 Annual design capacity of the new plant is 0.82 million tons of rolled products, of which 0.22 million tons are for hire with a polymeric coating, 0.4 million tons — on galvanized rolled.
The project provides installation of a continuous pickling line, furnace bell-annealing 2hkletevogo reversing cold rolling mill, temper mill, coating line and a hot-dip galvanizing line. Supplied shall be from Italy by «Danieli» company. According to the company, the construction and launch of the new plant will give the company opportunities not only for the further growth of production capacity and expansion of assortment, but also provide a guarantee of stable operation of existing facilities due to the setting up of cold-rolled production personnel.
In general, according to the press service of the Closed Joint Stock Company «Lysvensky Metal Factory», who bore the last name of CJSC «Polysteel», from January to March this year, the company managed to increase its production capacity by 32.6% compared to the same period last year, while increasing the volume of manufactured metal products to 55.3 thousand tons. This positive trend has been made possible thanks to the implementation of programs aimed at increasing the performance of the enterprise by increase equipment utilization, reduce downtime, non-defective product release and subsequent implementation of melted metal. Also, the company's press service specified production volumes of certain products, such as: Issue rolled coated with polymeric materials has increased and a half times to the level of 43 600 tonnes of cold-rolled volumes increased by 1.3%, amounting to 4.3 thousand tons. However, volumes of manufactured of galvanized products for the manufacture of automotive parts, decreased by 12.4% to reach 7.3 million tons, which to a certain extent contributed to the decline in production of automotive products Russian producers.
