Description

Alloy ХН40Б used: for the manufacture of rolled, used for production of parts and equipment for chemical, petrochemical and power engineering, chloresteral resistant to water vapour at temperatures of +200−350 °C.

According to TU 14-1-1213-75 the chemical composition is indicated for alloy ХН40Б (ЭП337). For the alloys of grades ХН40Б-Ш and ХН40Б-ВД, the mass fraction of sulfur is ≤ 0.010%.
According to TU 14-1-3935-85 the chemical composition is given for alloy ХН40Б (ЭП337). Metal processing is allowed up to 0.10% of the sum of the REM by calculation. In the alloy of electroslag and vacuum-arc remelting (Ш, ВД, ВИ + ВД and ВИ) the mass fraction of sulfur should not be more than 0,012%. Mass fraction of residual elements - in accordance with GOST 5632.
