Macrostructure and contamination |
The macrostructure of billets on the other 14-1-3719-84 should not have shrinkage porosity, bubbles, cracks, delamination, visible without using the magnifying devices. The defects allowed must not exceed: - for a point heterogeneity - 2 points; - for Central porosity - 2 points; - phase separation in the square - 2 points. |
Inflection Point Temperature |
≥400 °C |
Temperature coefficient of linear expansion |
The billet according to TU 14-1-3719-84 to determine the CTE is subjected to heat treatment regime: Quenching in VDU from 810±10 °C to + Leave samples at 350±10 °C (aging for 1 h), cooling with the furnace or container. ACP CTE, 10-6 1/°C in the temperature range shall be: - 20÷300 °C - 7,2-8,1; - 20÷400 °With - 7,1-8,2; - 20÷450 °With - 7,8-8,7; - 20÷500 °With and 8.5 and 9.4. The definition of CTE is made in accordance with GOST 14080. |
