Description
Alloy 40KKHNM used: for the production of elastic and provocatively elements; springs clockworks twisted cylindrical springs operating at temperatures to +400 °C, the cores of electrical appliances; cold-rolled strip thickness 0,10−2,0 mm and cold rolled wire with diameter 0.1−6.0 mm, intended for the manufacture of connecting elements (brackets for suturing blood vessels, frames, artificial heart valves) cardiovascular and other implantable items used in surgery (brackets for overlapping mechanical joints on organs and tissues, implants, etc.).
Note
Alloy with a temporary resistance wire 2450- 2650 MN/m2 (250−270 kgf/mm2), with the normal elasticity modulus 196000 MN/m2 (20000 kgf/mm2), non-magnetic corrosion resistant in aggressive environments and in tropical climates, the strain-hardening.
