Technological properties

---|---|
Features of production | Forged bars and hot rolled sheets at TU 14-1-4278-87 are supplied without heat treatment. |
Features of heat treatment | Heat treatment of samples for testing of magnate on the other 14-1-4278-87 are conducted according to the mode - temperatures up to (1250±20)°C, residual pressure of not more than 10-4 Torr.St., excerpt (3-6) hours; cooling at a speed of (150-200)°C/h up to (600±20)°C, then 50 °C/h up to (400±20)°C; next cooling with the furnace. Primechanie: 1. Allowed for the reduction of grain growth during the heat treatment to reduce heating the product from (1250±20)°C to (1000-1100)°C, while the magnetic properties of a plant are not guaranteed. 2. Change the mode of heat treatment of samples to obtain the desired properties. The mode is specified in the certificate. The magnetic properties of bars and hot rolled sheets, measured on samples after heat treatment under the above regime should be: - coercive force in magnetizing field of 800 A/m ≤ 24,0 A/m; Magnetic induction to the magnetizing field of 800 A/m ≥ 0,85 T; - the Maximum magnetic permeability is ≥ 9,0 mH/m. |
