Description

Copper M1 is used: for the production of current conductors; rolled; high-quality bronze, not containing tin; products of cryogenic engineering; round drawn thin-walled tubes; cold-rolled foil and strip, cold-rolled and hot-rolled sheets and plates of General purpose; wire for manufacturing of braided metal shielding type PML, designed for EMI shielding of wires and cables; hot-rolled and cold-rolled anodes used for plating of the products; cold-drawn ribbon of rectangular cross section with thickness 0.16−0.30 mm designed for coaxial main cables; radiator tape, is intended for manufacturing cooling tubes and radiator fins; drawn pipes of square and rectangular cross section for the conductors of the windings of stators of electrical machines with liquid cooling; profiles for manufacturing of rotors for submersible motors; round welding wire and welding rods round drawn and extruded with a diameter of from 1.2 to 8.0 mm designed for automatic welding in inert gas, submerged arc and gas welding non-critical structures of copper, as well as the manufacture of electrodes for welding copper and cast iron.

Note

Copper M1 produced by melting of cathodes.
Copper grade M1 in chemical composition to the copper grade Cu-ETP for Euronorm EN 1652:1998.
