Description
Cast iron SCH30 used: for the manufacture of various castings for critical applications wear resistant and high strength of parts with the lowest allowable wall thickness of 20 mm blocks and cylinder heads, liners, flywheels liners, jaw couplings, gears, worm wheels and parts in mechanical engineering, working under pressure above 7.5 MPa (75 kgf/cm2); the frame gear train of the rolling mills; critical parts working in compression (Bashmakov, columns) in the construction; heavy-duty parts with large variations in cross-sections as well as boilers for melting caustic soda, pipes, the knees and other parts in chemical engineering, working in solutions and melts of alkalies; casting 2 groups for stationary steam turbines, turbine equipment, nuclear power plants, elements of steam boilers and pipelines, hydraulic turbines, hydraulic valves and other equipment power plant engineering, operating at temperatures up to 250 °C, exposed to high static and dynamic loads and friction (pistons, housings, bearing housings, housings worm wheels, bushings, bearing caps, nozzles, compressors, diaphragms, frames, Foundation, frames, exhaust parts, compressor pipes, gear wheels, gear); casting parts of valves and actuators to it; cast connecting parts for pipelines.
