| Features of heat treatment |
The hardness test performed for each lot of castings of one melting before annealing. When you bleach or increased hardness of the casting should be held by their heat treatment in the following mode: Heating to a temperature 900-950 °C (exposure 2-5 hours) + Cooling with the furnace to 600 °C + Further air cooling. When deciding on the necessity of annealing, the inspection of hardness is carried out after annealing. In the case of negative results after carrying out annealing batch of casting is rejected. |
