Fe is the basis.
According to OST 1 90167-75, the residual content of titanium is allowed up to 0.15%. Replacement of molybdenum with triple amounts of tungsten is allowed. In the case of some small deviations from the established norms of chemical composition (except for carbon), decisive factors for determining the suitability of castings are hardness, microstructure and weldability in accordance with the requirements of this OCT.

Microstructure |
The microstructure of the pot part of the casting is evaluated with points according to GOST 3443-57 by comparison with standards appropriate scales. Quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the microstructure of castings on OST 1 90167-75, which are accepted as suitable, shall conform to the following standards: perlite - scale I, points: N, П95, faculty and Ппс95; fastenau the eutectic - scale scores: Фв1, Фв2, FD1 and Фр2; cementite - scale 5, points: Цп2 and Цп4; graphite scale 6, points: Г06, and G12, scale 7, points: Гд5, Гд7 and Гд8, scale 9, score: Gr2, Гр4, Гр7 and Гр10. |
