Description
Babbit B6 is used: to fill the bearings, oil motors, fan motors, machine tools, transmissions, exhaust fans, electric motors with capacity of 100−250 kW., ball mills and other equipment.
Note
Rabbit brand B6 is recommended as a substitute for babbit B16 brand.
The coefficient of friction of the babbit with a lubricant is 0.005. The maximum permissible speed of rotation is 8 m/sec. Maximum load capacity: static - 50 kgf/cm2, dynamic - 50 kgf/cm2 sec. The maximum temperature of normal bearing operation - +110 °C.
