1 Scope


This standard applies to cold-rolled steel sheet nominal thickness of 0.23; 0,27; 0,30; 0.35 and 0.50 mm of electrotechnical anisotropic steel, intended for the manufacture of magnetic cores (cores) of various kinds of electrical devices.

3.5 camber: the deviation of the shape in which the edges of the sheet or strip in a horizontal plane have the shape of an arc (GOST 26877).

3.6 flatness: Deviation from flatness, in which the surface of metal products or individual parts have the form of alternating convexities or concavities, forming at least two peaks of individual waves, not provided for in the form of rental (GOST 26877).

3.7 plasticity: Repetitive bending at 90° in opposite directions flat sample, one end of which is secured in the fixture, consisting of jaws a specified size. Number of bends without breaking characterizes the ductility of the material.

3.8 internal (residual) stresses: Stresses at the box office, which may be partially preserved after heat treatment. These voltages are called internal or residual. Internal tension characterizes the maximum gap in the cut line.

3.9 curvature: Deviation from straightness, in which not all of the point lying on the geometrical axis of the steel, are equidistant from the horizontal or vertical plane in the longitudinal direction (GOST 26877).

3.10 fill factor: the Ratio of the theoretical volume filled with metal, determined based on weight and density, to the actual volume received after compression at a given load set (package) of leaves.

3.11 coefficient of resistance of insulating coatings: Effective resistivity of a single layer insulation tested between the overlaid metal contacts and the base metal of the isolated test sample.

3.12 Burr: defect of a surface, representing sharp, a ridge, a ledge formed when cutting metal (GOST 21014).

3.13 ageing: an Indicator used in relation to electrical steel to assess the degree of deterioration of its magnetic properties over a specified (long) or relatively small period of time with increase in temperature.

3.14 coating adhesion: the adhesion strength of the insulating coating to the surface of the metallic base rental.

4 Terms of the order


When ordering you must specify the following information.

4.1 Basic:

mark (designation) steel.

— the designation of this standard;

— type of steel (coil, sheet, strip);

— nominal dimensions;

— mass;

— volume of required tests and appropriate test certificate.

4.2 Additional:

— limit deviations of dimensions;

— requirements for residual curvature;

— type insulating coating;

— the minimum resistance ratio of insulating coating;

— requirements malostonski and heat resistance of the coating;

alternative test methods specifications and the contents of the document of the test results;

— temperature testing;

— additional test methods specifications and the contents of the document of the test results;

marked rental.

In the absence of additional requirements to rent must correspond to the main specifications of this standard.

5 Classification and designation

5.1 rentals are divided as follows:

— by product:

roll;

the sheet is roll cut into predetermined lengths;

tape — roll, spread on strips of certain width;

according to the method of production (rolling), structural state of steel:

T — rolled steel cold-rolled electrical anisotropic steel;

— the width requirements for rental:

SSH — standard width (manufacturer);

GSH — width, ready-to-use with extreme deviations in width:

ГШ1 -negative;

ГШ2 — positive;

— according to the requirements of magnetic properties into classes:

S — usual quality;

R — high magnetic induction;

D — optimized domain structure (for example, laser surface treatment of hire);

— types of coverage:

with a heat-resistant insulating inorganic coating — FLOOR;

with heat-resistant and nurture semi-organic insulating coating that improves stanoevski — TSH.

5.2 Marking stamps

The designation marks consists of letters and numbers arranged in a sequence, for example: T124−30S,

where:

— the letter T — rolled cold-rolled anisotropic;

three (or two) digits after the T — factor, the normalized maximum value of the specific magnetic loss for alternating magnetization;

two digits (with a hyphen) is one hundred times the nominal thickness of the rolling, mm;

— S; R; D — a letter grade of steel.

6 Assortment

6.1 Dimensions and limit deviations

Rentals are made in the form of coils, sheets and strips (cut from coils) of a thickness of 0,23; 0,27; 0,30; 0,35; 0,50 mm.

Maximum deviations in thickness of the hire shall not exceed: ±0.020 mm — if the nominal plate thickness of 0,23; 0,27; 0,30 mm and ±0.025 mm — with a nominal thickness of 0,35; 0,50 mm.

The thickness variation across the width should be no more than 0,020 mm.

The variable thickness along the length measured along the longitudinal axis of the rental, should be no more than 0,020 mm.

6.2 the hire supply a standard width of the manufacturer (SSH):

— coil and sheet — 920, 940, 960, 980, 1000 and 1200 mm;

feed — 90, 170, 180, 190, 200, 240, 250, 300, 325, 360, 400, 465 and 500 mm.

Rental, including pieces of tape, put the standard width of the manufacturer or width, ready to use (GSH), as agreed with the manufacturer.

6.3 tolerances for standard width coils and sheets should be no more than +2 mm.

For coil, sheet and strips, ready to use, maximum deviations must meet the requirements specified in table 1.

Note — By agreement with the client with the manufacturer products can be manufactured with specified positive values of limit deviations nominal width (ГШ2).

6.4 the Sheets are put with a length of 1500 mm. By agreement with the client and the manufacturer is allowed to produce sheets of different length.

6.4.1 maximum deviations along the length of the sheets should be no more than +0,5%.

6.5 Coils, sheets and tape supplied with obraznymi edges.

6.6 When winding the strip in the coil and the tape should be fairly tight to avoid deformation of the rolls under its own weight when lifting the bracket and mount on the horizontal axis.

The coils can have welded seams, but welded. The permissible number of welds and their labeling agree with the request and (or) when ordering.

Coils with welded joints shall consist of steel of the same brand and same size.

6.7 Camber of hire should not exceed 0.5 mm and length 1.0 m.

6.8 Deviation from flatness shall not exceed 1.5%.

7 Technical requirements


Rental supply in accordance with the requirements of this standard and of the order according to the technical documentation, duly approved.

7.1 General requirements

7.1.1 Method of smelting, the chemical composition of steel and manufacturing technology of the rental is defined by the manufacturer in accordance with the approved engineering documentation.

Usually use silicon steel with a mass fraction of silicon from 2.8% to 3.8%.

If changes in the production of steel may lead to changing technical and/or technological characteristics of the rental at the end user, the manufacturer of the rental, you should notify the buyer until delivery.

7.1.2 rental supply in the heat-treated condition.

Hire and glassware hire with optimized domain structure should not be heat treated.

7.1.3 cold-rolled steel supplied with double-sided heat-resistant inorganic insulating coating (FLOOR) or two-way and nurture semi-organic insulating heat-resistant coating that improves stanoevski (TSH).

Note — At the customer’s request bars can be supplied with coatings of other types. Type of coverage and requirements established by agreement between manufacturer and consumer rental.

7.1.4 rental in the state of delivery must have a surface without captured, bubbles, rust, holes and cracks. Allowed individual scratches, udivleny and other minor defects, provided they do not derive a rental for the limit deviation on thickness.

7.2 Magnetic and technological properties

7.2.1 Magnetic properties and the fill factor of rent in the state of delivery must conform to the standards specified in table 2.

8 Rules of acceptance

8.1 General rules of acceptance GOST 7566.

8.7 If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators of re-examination it is carried out according to GOST 7566.

9 test Methods

9.1 Preparation of samples

9.1.1 Dimensions and limit deviations

To determine the thickness, width, length, longitudinal and transverse thickness variation, deviation from flatness, camber of a roll (batch) select from the beginning and the end of the same segment of length from 1500 to 2000 mm along the direction of rolling.

9.1.2 Magnetic properties

Samples for the determination of the magnetic properties of the Epstein apparatus are manufactured from strips of a length of from 280 to 305 mm, width (30,0±0,2) mm. Strips should not differ from each other in length by more than ±0,2%. The number of stripes in the sample must be a multiple of four, the minimum number of bands is twelve.

The strips are cut along the direction of rolling. The angle between the direction of rolling and cutting of strips should not exceed 1°.

The edge strips of the sheets rolled in sample not included.

9.1.2.1 samples before the determination of the magnetic properties should be subjected to annealing for stress relieving.

Annealing modes:

for a continuous furnace

With arbitrary heating rate to a temperature of 800 °C — 850 °C, exposure at this temperature for at least 1.5 min. Annealing is carried out in basicsliderui protective atmosphere.

Allowed to conduct annealing in air aged from 1.5 to 3 min. the Strips are annealed individually, without overlapping one another.

— for charging furnace

Heating to a temperature of 800 °C — 850 °C in a protective atmosphere, preventing from oxidation, exposure for 1 h, cooling with the furnace to 300 °C, then in air. The cooling rate is not more than 50 °C/h.

The annealing is carried out with a stack of strips.

When the modes of annealing mentioned above, the inhomogeneity of temperature along the length of the sample is not more than 10 °C.

9.1.2.2 Leaf samples for testing in the leaf apparatus is manufactured with a length from 400 to 750 mm Length of sheet should not be less than the outer length of the yoke (device); sheet width — not less than 60% of the window width of the solenoid (device). Maximum deviations along the length should not go beyond ±0,5%, width ±2 mm (GOST 12119.4).

9.1.3 Technological properties

9.2 Methods of control and testing
