1 Scope

This standard applies to cold-rolled aluminum foil, designed for packaging and storage of food and cooking.

3 Assortment

3.1 Thickness and width of aluminum foil for household purposes in rolls and limit deviations thereon shall be as specified in table 1.

4 Technical requirements

4.1 aluminum Foil for household purposes, in rolls manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard.

Raw material for the production of aluminum foil for household purposes in the coils is aluminium foil manufactured according to GOST 745 (foil-raw materials). Foil-raw material should be smooth and embossed aluminium and aluminium alloys: grades AD0 and AD1 with the chemical composition according to GOST 4784, stamps A6, A5 and A0 with the chemical composition according to GOST 11069 and aluminum alloys as MUCH as 0.6, as many OF 0.8, as many as 1, 8011, 8111, 1145, 1050 with the chemical composition according to GOST 745.

By agreement with the consumer allowed the use of other aluminum alloys permitted by the national health authorities for use in contact with food.

4.2 All materials used for the manufacture of aluminum foil for household purposes, in rolls according to this standard must be authorized by national health authorities.

Sanitary-chemical studies of finished products is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the countries-participants of the Agreement.

6 Methods of control and testing

7 Packing, marking, transportation and storage

7.4 Mass transport of packaging foil aluminum household goods in rolls shall not exceed 30.0 kg.

Allowed group packing of coils inside the transport packaging of polypropylene/polyethylene film or other materials authorized by national health authorities.

7.5 Transport marking under GOST 14192.

On the transport packaging must be affixed label stating:

is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;

— name of country of manufacturer:

— name of the product;

room packer (name);

— date of manufacture:

— the number of foil rolls (consumer packs) in unit transport packaging;

the designation of the present standard.
