According to TU 11-77, the content of tungsten is indicated including the content of thorium oxide. The sum of impurities and additives is ≤ 0.050%. The sum of impurities and additives includes the following elements: iron, calcium, molybdenum, potassium, silicon, aluminum.
According to GOST 19671-91 the chemical composition is given for tungsten grade VA.
