Description
20Х23Н13 steel is used: for the manufacture of parts operating at high temperatures in lightly; pipes for pyrolysis of methane and pyrometric pipes.
Note
Steel heat-resistant autentico-ferritic class.
The recommended maximum operating temperature for a long time +1000 °C. the Temperature of intensive scaling in air +1050 °C.
In the temperature range 600−800 °C is prone to embrittlement due to the formation of σ-phase.

Features of heat treatment |
Steel products to eliminate the tendency to intergranular corrosion are subjected to hardening regime: heating up to 1100-1150 °C, exposure during heating for quenching for products with wall thickness up to 10 mm - 30 min, over 10 mm — 20 min + 1 min per 1 mm max thickness cooling in water or air. Products austenite-ferritic steels do not require heat treatment after welding. |
