According to TU 14-3R-55-2001, TU 14-1-1529-2003 and TU 14-3-460-2003 for steel made by scrap-process or from cuprous ores, the mass fraction of residual copper and nickel is allowed up to 0.30 % of each. A technological addition of rare earth elements is allowed to improve the quality of the metal.
