Description
Rhodium Rd99,9 is used: for the manufacture of flat products, wire, technical products, crucibles used in instrumentation and other industries and research organizations; application of protective coatings (rhodium).
Note
Rhodium is not soluble in acid and boiling Aqua Regia.
The pressure treatment is conducted at 1200 °C — 1400 °C.
Rhodium coatings have good reflectivity, high hardness, heat (up to 430 °C) and chemical resistance.

According to GOST 13098-2006, the total content of platinum, palladium, iridium and ruthenium should be ≤ 0.090%. The sum of all impurities, as well as the admixtures of nickel, copper and aluminum, which are standardized and listed in the table, should be ≤ 0.10%.
