Description
Molybdenum MK is used: for the manufacture of wire with a diameter of from 200 to 1000 µm, obtained by powder metallurgy and used for the manufacture of parts for various applications in electronic products.
Note
Molybdenum with a silica-doped, characterized by much higher temperature rekristallizatsiya higher tensile strength and bending in the annealed condition, the molybdenum than other brands.

Features of production |
For OST 11 021.004-76 wire micron size range comes in the following six groups: A. Wire having on a surface layer of the technological lubricant; B. Wire, free from technological lubricant by electrochemical etching method; B. Wire, annealed to the required mechanical properties, Wire, purified by the method of electrochemical etching and annealed to the required mechanical properties; D. Wire, annealed to the required mechanical properties. Compared to the wire group has higher strength and less elongation; E. Wire, purified by the method of electrochemical etching and annealed to the required mechanical properties. Compared with the wire of the group G has a higher coefficient "K" and a smaller elongation. |
