2.6, 2.7. (Changed edition, Rev. N 3).
2.8. The wire should be wound into skeins. A coil consists of a single segment wire. Winding of wire should be carried out without entanglement of the coils and to permit the free unwinding of the wire from the coils.
The ends of the wire on a reel should be easy to find.
Allowed for the strings contact network manufacturer of wire into segments of length less than 3 m.
2.9. The mass of the segment of wire on a reel and internal diameter of coil shall be as specified in table.5.

2. Customer’s request wire diameter of 1.20 mm for wire connection, PSIBAR, PSBA, PSBP must be a lot of roll not less than 10 kg.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 3).
2.10. (Deleted, Rev. N 2).
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Wire is accepted by the parties. The party should consist of skeins of the same diameter, same brand and designed a quality document, which States:
is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;
— designation of wire;
— the batch number;
— the number of packing stations;
— the net mass of wire;
the results of the test wire;
— the date of shipment.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 3).
3.2. Appearance and size check on each reel.
3.3. To check the mechanical properties of the wire, the thickness of the copper shell and the electrical resistance is taken 5% of the skeins, but not less than three skeins.
3.4. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of skeins.
The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. For each test taken one sample from each of the rolls selected according to claim 3.3.
4.2. Inspection of the wire surface is carried out visually without the use of magnifying devices. The depth of the defect in the wire shall be determined by its removal by the sweep followed a comparative measurement of the diameter of the wire in the stripped and unstripped areas.
